Volunteering

MAC highly values the diversity of skills, experience and knowledge that volunteers bring to the organisation and how they help contribute to our ambitious vision, mission, values and strategic objectives.

Across our diverse and innovative programme and project delivery, including criminal justice diversion, education, family mediation and business support, MAC is able to support a wide variety of volunteering roles and opportunities depending on the level of commitment (days/hours/duration) you are able to give.

As well as making a difference to children, young people and the local community and helping us with our work, there are many benefits of volunteering with us, including skills development (or utilising the skills you already have), potential routes to employment, meeting new people and boosting your CV.

If you are reliable, enthusiastic, willing to undertake any necessary training and development and can demonstrate an ability to work inclusively and confidentially as part of a wider talented staff team please contact us for further information or to express an interest.
